2018, artist book, poems and digital paintings printed on rag paper, bound between freestanding covers with ribbon. Bound is a collection of three-line poems and paintings exploring the topics of loss and abuse, documenting the shifting emotional states of navigating the end of an abusive relationship. The loose pages are double sided, with images alluding to smoke, landscapes and clouds on the other side of the poems. The viewer is invited to draw their own connections between the poems and images, arranging them around them as they observe the work.
