From curating, grant writing, jurying and editing, I have worked in several roles that encapsulate many aspects of art related administration. My three years at Yiara Magazine, a student-run feminist art history publication, culminated in being selected as Editor-in-Chief of VOL 10. Our historic tenth issue will be out this spring, and highlights the history of a decade of the publication.

I have worked within community run organizations since 2019, helping organize and run several student run projects and NPO’s. I have extensive experience in the operational requirements of community organizing. From reworking to completely rewriting bylaws, to enacting innovative policies, I have an interest in the health of the administrational side of groups.

I’ve organized and hosted panels, most notably an art administration panel featuring Caroline Andrieux, founder and artistic director of Fonderie Darling, Myriam Achard, chief of new media partnerships & PR at Centre Phi, and our very own Tricia Middleton, coordinator of student relations at Concordia University. The panel addressed questions surrounding the various types of positions, projects and potential in the broad field of Art Administration.
